The surgery is currently accepting new patients.
If you live in the catchment area you can register with the practice by attending the surgery and collecting a registration form from reception, you will then be given an appointment for a new patient health check. You will be asked to provide two items of identification when you attend for your appointment, one containing a photo such as a UK driving license or passport and the other, showing your current address such as a utility bill. This is so we can check that you are eligible for NHS treatment and ensure that we have the correct patient.
Your new patient check will last approximately 15 minutes, the nurse will ask you some general health questions such as do you smoke/drink etc, and will measure your height, weight, Blood Pressure and ask you questions about any illness you may which we need to be aware of. This is so we can ensure you get the right treatment right from the very start.
Please note, we do not complete the registration process until you have attended for your new patient check.
